“When I came home, I had to repair a lot of relationships that I damaged coming up in the industry. I was very outspoken, real quick to say I don’t like something and speak my mind about certain things. Certain times in my position it will cause friction with other artists and it can cause fights and gun fire; it’s not good for business.” -P
Prodigy stopped by The Breakfast Club to talk about his new solo album H.N.I.C. 3 and the future of Mobb Deep.
If people mad about his autobiography:
“Not really too many man, N.O.R.E. was the only one that was really vocal about certain things and a couple people from the projects, I spoke to them already and they was like, ‘You know what? We was wrong.’ I told them maybe I was wrong for talking about certain things that they probably didn’t want known.”
Problems with his Mobb partner Havoc:
“I tell you right now it’s never about money. But we do have our little conflicts here and there sometimes just like any relationship. Your gonna deal with personality clashes and some might not agree with this, some might not agree with that but me and Hav is good. We’re working on the next Mobb album and you know, Mobb Deep is Mobb Deep.”
