Verse Simmonds: Story of a Bachelor

Verse Simmonds was raised in St. Thomas and eventually relocated to Atlanta. That’s where the singer/songwriter met Akon (through his mutual friends Rock City) and signed to Kon’s Konvict label. Verse has produced tracks for Rihanna (“Man Down”) and landed two songs on Jay-Z & Kanye West‘s Watch The Throne. He’s working on Rihanna’s new album and has a new single with Kelly Rowland called “Boo Thang.” He said his debut album will be out next year.
