QD3 Talks “The Carter” Documentary
Quincy Jones III stopped by “The Morning After” to promote his new documentary “The Carter.” He is well-known for his films which include “Thug Angel,” ” The Freshest Kids,” and the “Beef” series.
QD3 talks about following Weezy for almost a year, from 7 months before the “Carter 3” dropped and after that. “We got him at a real special time in his life and career.” Angela and QD3 discuss his syrup drinking and how it might overshadow his greatness. “His drive is crazy, regardless of what the syrup does.”
