Kevin Gates admitted that his interview with The Breakfast Club was a “dream come true”, but lets it be known:
Penitentiary rules are in effect.

“Me being a fan of intelligence, I cant intelligently speak about a manner I know nothing about. I can’t.”

“Just respect them, you gonna lose anyway, the system designed for you to fail. Man go on respect them and let them get about their business man. They’re doing their job. Your job is to catch me, my job is to not got caught.”

“I’m a two time convicted felon man. And I’m fighting for my life right now. I don’t know what these people gonna do me again. Stupid well, It was a stupid decision, I was doing what I had to do but I was in the wrong place. Unknowingly in the wrong place so I pray the creator just bless me and I come out my situation ok.”

“I can’t speak on it at this time big brother, I’m still fighting for my life, might have to pick 12.”
