Dr. Natasha Sandy, who is a dermatologist, came to The Breakfast Club to talk about how much SPF you should be getting (30), zinc and titanium, acne, what causes hyperpigmentation, skin inflammation, skin discoloration, how lifestyle can alter your skin, treating Charlemagne’s skin, performing chemical peels on the radio personality, having dandruff on your face, and being exposed to UVA and UVB rays. It is National Skin Cancer Month. In addition, the doctor talks about the importance of changing one’s diet and alcoholic and drug intake, in order to see faster results in one’s skin. Drinking water a lot, and eating spinach, lettuce and kale are great ways to combat inner-illness that eventually affect your skin. During the interview, Dr. Sandy also talks about soaking in milk.
