David Tutera joined The Breakfast Club to discuss his hit show My Fair Wedding with David Tutera. They talk about destination weddings as opposed to having one locally. “It cost money for the guests, that’s the trick,” David says. “So what you can do is have a party in your hometown for everyone that can’t go. And then you have a destination wedding for the ones that can afford to go and keep the guest count smaller.”
Angela asked if Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries should give back their wedding presents following their 72 days of marriage. “You want to get me started on this?” David asks. “Yes! I was on a whirlwind of terror when I heard what they were doing, or what they weren’t doing. Yes, they should give the presents back. Of course they need to give back the presents, the money. They need to send apologies. Everything they’ve done, they’ve done wrong. And I’m the first person to stand up and say I’m personally pissed at what the’ve done.”
David also discusses wedding etiquette, the craziest request he’s gotten, divorce parties, cancelled weddings, and more.
