Currently on the road promoting his recently released ‘Cadillactica’, southern staple Big K.R.I.T. came up north to chat with The Breakfast Club. The Mississippi native explained the concept behind the title and that ‘Cadillactica’ is its own planet. He also mentions that he purposely made this project with no radio singles, saying that he wanted to show musical growth as opposed to chase dollar signs. One of the major points of conversation is the difference between a major label and an indie, but K.R.I.T. tells us the benefits of being on a major label from his personal point of view. The southern also spitter elaborates on making beats as a youngster because he could not afford any.
