August Alsina Talks Eye Surgery, Perez Hilton, New Music And More
After being in the news following the his eye surgery as a result of Keratoconus disease, singer August Alsina has been doing well, progressing both personally and professionally. So much so that he was on the bill for Detroit’s Big Show At The Joe, where fellow New Orleans native Lil Wayne was the headliner. After his set, he met up with The Breakfast Club backstage for an impromptu interview and spoke on a multitude of topics ranging from rapper Young Thug shouting him out, as well as the status of his new material, which he says was stalled due to his engineer’s hard drive being stolen. One of the more interesting points of contention in the sit down was the recent comments made by celebrity blogger Perez Hilton expressing his admiration for Alsina and his thoughts on that.
