ScHoolboy Q Talks TDE Signing, ‘Oxymoron’

ScHoolboy Q joined The Breakfast Club to talk about his upbringing in L.A. and signing with TDE. Q grew up in a middle class household and was an honors student in high school, but still got caught up in the streets as his mom worked overnights. He was homeless for a couple years and sold oxycotin before Mixed By Ali brought him into the Black Hippy fold. He talks about the pressure to follow up the success of good kid, m.A.A.d city, relationship between Crips and Bloods in the 21st century, making a million off “Hands On The Wheel”, and his major label debut Oxymoron.
