Solange Knowles and Frank Ocean stole the show during the 2017 Panorama Music Festival. The festival took place at Randall’s Island on July 28, 2017 in New York City. Solange performed songs from her latest album “A Seat At The Table” and Frank Ocean serenaded the crowd the fan favorites.
