Meek Mill Talks New Album, Crew Members, Future, Nicki Minaj, Joe Budden And More

Maybach Music Group’s own Meek Mill recently released his sophomore album “Dreams Worth More Than Money,” early last week to rave reviews and is set to have his first number one album considering the project moved 200K units in the first week. With that, Meek has been a ferocious media run and today he returned to The Breakfast Club to discuss all things going on in the world of Philadelphia bred spitter. The intro track on his previous album is a standout record that is still played to this day, so Meek decided to go a different route this time around, recruiting Toronto native Tory Lanez for this albums intro.

He also spoke about the very creative ways members of his crew make their own cash, explaining that they charge fans to go backstage after shows to meet Meek, as well as charge up to $1,000 for a photo with the rapper. Aside from sharing that he may have a joint project with Future due for release soon, things in the interview became a bit more contentious when Joe Budden’s came up. Budden recently made some statements regarding Meek’s relationship with Nicki Minaj, saying he doesn’t like anything about it. When asked, Meek kept rebuttal very direct. “Joe Buddens is corny as shit, and always been corny as shit, and always commenting on shit and ain’t never did shit.” Check out the explosive interview above.
