After a great lineup of guests last week, The Breakfast Club kicks things off with a bang this week with the return of actor/comedian Marlon Wayans. Being the funny man that he is, Wayans made sure to point out Charlemagne’s unusual headwear for the day. Outside of that, the crew got right in the thick of things by addressing the recent lawsuit against Marlon from the man who he posted a picture of online saying he looks the cartoon character Cleveland Brown. In a funny twist, the case was thrown out because the judge agreed that the man indeed looked like the character. That led to Wayans stating that comedians now have to careful what they post online because they can be the target of frivolous lawsuits.
