Now admittedly, I don’t have an Android phone but Yahoo is currently asking the same question so check that out as well.

There are about a dozen on so phones that use the Android platform… and It appears that the Sprint EVO 4G is the Android phone to beat. It has 4.3-inch display an 8-megapixel camera, 720p HD video output and, boasts the fastest network ever…

Here’s the commercial:

The little brother to Sprint’s EVO 4G is Verizon’s EV-DO 3G. The 3G version shares a lot of the same features as it’s big brother, the downside is that the battery isn’t as good but the upside is that it’s on Verizon.

Now the Android is a Google developed platform and they are personally cosigning T-Mobiles Nexus One. The Nexus One was the first phone to be updated to the latest version of the Android OS 2.2. It boasts a 3.7-inch screen and has a 5-megapixel camera.

And last the Verizon Droid probably gets credit for the best ad campaign… Made by Motorola the Droid has a slide-out keyboard, 3.7-inch screen, 16GB of memory, turn-by-turn GPS travel instructions, loads of video extras and a fast processor make this a desirable option.

Loafers, Loiterers and Latte sippers have reason to celebrate. Last week Starbucks announced that starting July 1st, it will offer free wifi service in all of it’s chains. Up until now, Starbucks customers could only access Wi-Fi for two hours by registering a Starbucks card and paying $3.99 for the session. Customers who had these cards and wanted to use the internet for more than two hours had to pay an extra $3.99 for another two-hour session.

Starbucks will not only be providing free Wi-Fi, but also free digital products such as iTunes downloads and access to the Wall Street Journal. This is all Great timing for Barnes & Nobles, not only do many of their stores have a Starbucks café in them but they also introduced a new Wi-Fi version of its “Nook” electronic book reader today and lowered the price on its 3G-compatible Nook.

The Wi-Fi version of the Nook will sell for $149 and the 3G-compatible version will now be $199. This now prices the Nook much cheaper than Amazon.com’s $299 Kindle, Apple $499 iPad… and also cheaper than the newest kid on the block, the Brand new Toshiba Libretto W100.

Yep Toshiba released it’s competition for the iPad… Now it only a concept product right now so it’s only has limited availability. The Libretto is expected to have a price tag of one thousand one hundred dollars ($1,100)… which makes it one expensive ass e-reader.
