Lil Wayne recently told Amanda Seales on MTV’s Hip Hop POV that he sent Juelz Santana some tracks for their long-delayed I Can’t Feel My Face project but Juelz didn’t send the records back in a timely manner so Wayne used the material for his new album I Am Not A Human Being 2. Juelz hasn’t released an album since his 2005 debut and that’s why he fell in The Freezer.
