Prodigy sat down with The Breakfast Club to discuss his new book, My Infamous Life: The Autobiography of Mobb Deep’s Prodigy. P discusses numerous stories from the book such as N.O.R.E. getting jumped, Capone snitching on Havoc’s brother, growing up as a dancer and how it later backfired on him with the Jay-Z beef, & almost signing with Bad Boy.
He talks about his time in jail and the affect it’s had on him, Mobb Deep longer being signed to G-Unit, Blood Money album, the first thing he did when he got out of jail, first thing he bought, being with his woman KiKi for over 18 years, Havoc writing his rhymes in the beginning, reaching out to Nas, the problem with New York rappers, changing his attitude towards new music, the “petty” Saigon situation, plan going forward for the Mobb, & avoiding unnecessary drama.
N.O.R.E. called up The Breakfast Club to give his side concerning the incident that Prodigy wrote about in his book.
