Bill Ray was first featured on “Don’t Quit Your Day Job” back in September 08. After that, he was our premier artist on “Gimme A Break.”  He, along with Rece Steele, were featured on the morning show.  Each week, we would get an update on their progress and our fans would give them challenges to complete for the following week.  Billy was raised in Harlem, USA.  He signed with DJ Maseo’s (De La Soul) Bear Mountain label in 2008.
