In case you didn’t know, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony have a new album dropping, “Uni5: The World’s Enemy” on December 22. I had the great opportunity to sit down with them and discuss the autobiographical movie they finished the script for (can’t wait to see that!), what it’s like for all 5 members to be together, and their beginnings on Ruthless Records. Unfortunately Bizzy Bone was in court-ordered rehab and couldn’t be there.

I found it particularly interesting when they addressed the conspiracy theory they have regarding Eazy E’s rapid decline in health:

“I got my own theories… It was crazy though because we were here in December, we came here, this was the first time. E bought us coats and all that, first time really here with Eazy E so we went out that night, niggas got a little sick out here with the weather change, went back to hot LA. He went in for the common cough or pneumonia or whatever it was which was Friday. January he had the common cold and pneumonia then February diagnosed HIV positive, March full blow AIDS dead. So I was kinda thinking who the fuck doctors did he go to. I think it was Jerry Heller’s doctors that he went to and he had just got fired so I’m like I don’t know.”
