Donkey of the Week goes to the Road Runner Association and Mayor Bloomberg for not postponing the NYC marathon while the city is still recovering from Superstorm Sandy. UPDATE: They called off the marathon but still deserve DOTW for waiting until Friday evening to announce the cancellation.
