Charlie Sheen’s New Role: Victim

Could you stay with someone after they falsely call the police and accuse you of domestic violence? I’d been reading all over that Charlie Sheen was arrested on Christmas morning after his wife, Brooke Mueller called 911 to report him for assaulting her in Aspen, Colorado. It turns out she was legally drunk when she made the call, tried to recant her story, and she was the aggressor. Either way, he still had to post bail and still has to go to court February 8 for 2 felonies and 1 misdemeanor relating to domestic violence. Not a merry christmas for him!

Crazy things happen when you’re drunk. According to tmz:

Sources say authorities gave both Charlie and Brooke blood alcohol tests. Brooke registered a .13 while Charlie registered a .04. By the way, the 911 call came in at 8:34 AM on Christmas day.

  1. Court systems are established to “protect” the weak. It’s unfortunate for both not only because of the incident, but the emotion attached to the incident that lead to the call as well as what is to follow as a result of going to court. Personally, I’d go to counseling to show the courts, the public, and myself I’m not crazy! Then with sound mind and reputation intact, I’d bounce!

  3. Almost the same exact thing happened to me in Colorado. The law is way out of hand in that state with regards to this issue.
