We interviewed Gbenga Akinnagbe (The Wire, Taking Of The Pelham 123) today. Angela went in – asking about his celebrity smash-sessions, his cousin Wale, and why he doesn’t know if he’s in a movie with Kimbo Slice and Rowdy Roddy Piper.

He also talked about his new movies The Edge Of Darkness with Mel Gibson and Lottery Ticket with Ice Cube and Bow Wow.

Make sure you check out his article in this weekend’s New York Times Travel section. He writes about his trek to Nepal, where he encountered small villages of people who had never seen a black person before.
